Butler's Duty

You are fiercely dedicated to the safety and well-being of your master, granting you heightened abilities when fighting alongside or protecting them.

Protector’s Vigilance: When you are within 10 feet of your master, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws. Additionally, if your master is targeted by an attack and you can see the attacker, you may use your reaction to take the damage from the attack roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Tactical Support: While within 30 feet of your master, you can use the Help action as a bonus action when assisting your master, whether in combat or other checks (such as ability checks or skill challenges).

Guardian’s Retribution: When a creature damages your master, you can use your reaction to make a melee or ranged weapon attack against the attacker if they are within range. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d6 damage. You can use this feature once per turn.

Inspiring Presence: If you and your master are fighting side by side (within 10 feet of each other), both you and your master gain advantage on Wisdom saving throws and are immune to the frightened condition.
