You have undergone the sacred Phoenix Ascension Ritual, gaining a portion of the phoenix's eternal flame and resilience. This ritual grants you fiery powers, rebirth, and immunity to fire. You gain the following benefits:
Phoenix Form
Once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to transform into a Fire Elemental, following the 2014 Wild Shape rules with the following modifications:
- Duration: This transformation lasts up to 1 hour, or until you revert to your normal form as a bonus action or drop to 0 hit points.
- Statistics: While in this form, you adopt the Fire Elemental’s game statistics, retaining your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as your skill and saving throw proficiencies (or the Fire Elemental’s if they are higher).
- Features: While in this form, you cannot cast spells, but you can still speak and use your class features that don’t require hands or concentration.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest.
Immunity to Fire
The phoenix’s blessing grants you immunity to fire damage. This immunity is active at all times, regardless of your form.
Embers of Rebirth
When you are reduced to 0 hit points and not killed outright, you can use your reaction to explode in a burst of fire. Each creature within 10 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier), taking 2d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. You are then stabilized with 1 hit point but remain unconscious until healed or until 1 minute has passed.
Once you use Embers of Rebirth, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest.
Fiery Presence
You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill. If you are already proficient, you may add double your proficiency bonus to Intimidation checks.
