You gain access to 2 actions, each of which consume your entire attack action: Moonlight Blade and Moonlight Rend. Moonlight Blade is a powerful concentrated strike upon a single target. It deals 2d12+modifiers and scales off the number of attacks available to the user, as each extra attack uses the same attack. Moonlight Rend is a powerful AoE wave that hits multiple targets within a 30ft circle. It deals 3d6+modifiers and scales off the number of attacks available to the user, as each extra attack uses the same attack.
You gain access to the bonus action called Moonlight Crescendo. During this state that lasts for 1 minute, all basic attacks gain a wave of moonlight attached to the blade's strike, adding 1d10 radiant to any attack made with the blade. These moonlight energy waves shoot out to 30 feet, and can be used as an offensive ranged attack or added to melee attacks.
