General Feat (Prerequisite: Dwarf, Runeforger Background, Level 4+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Rejuvenate. When at least one ally is within 5', the character gains their proficiency bonus plus the number of allies within 5' per round at the start of their turn.

Restore. As a Bonus Action, the character can transfer their Temporary Hit points to an ally within 5'. This can be done Proficiency Bonus times per Short Rest.
