Beguiling Apparition. You always have the spell Misty Step prepared. Once per long rest, you can cast this spell without a spell slot. You can also cast this spell using spell slots of an appropriate level. This spell's spellcasting ability is Charisma. Additionally, immediately after you cast Misty Step you may choose a creature you can see that is within 15 feet of you and force them to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC for this spell. On a failure, they receive either the Charmed or the Frightened condition (your choice) until the start of your next turn. If you cast this spell with a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 2.
