Lacerating Blows

You've learned to carefully place your sneak attacks, crippling your foes temporarily. You gain the following benefits:

• When you hit a creature with a sneak attack, you can apply one of the following effects to them which lasts until the end of your next turn or you sneak attack them again and apply a different effect:
• They have disadvantage on all attack rolls.
• They have their speed reduced to zero.
• They have disadvantage on all saving throws.
