Epic Boon Feat, Prerequisite: Level 19+
You gain the following benefits:
Ability Score Increase. Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 30.
Spell Absorption. When a spell of Level 1+ targets only you, and doesn't have an area of effect, you can use your Reaction to absorb the spell. The absorbed spell's effect is cancelled, and the spell's energy (not the spell itself) is stored in your body. The energy has the same level as the spell when it was cast. Your body can absorb a number of spell energy levels equal to 5 times your Constitution modifier. Once you absorb that many energy levels, you can't absorb more. If you are targeted by a spell, and you can't absorb more spell energy, you can't cancel the spell.
Energy Release. As a Magic action, you can expend spell energy stored within your body. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature you can see within 400 ft. of you. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 Fire damage and 1d4 Force damage per level of spell energy you expend.
You can also expend spell energy to heal one creature you touch. The target regains 1d6 hit points per level of spell energy you expend in this way.
