Boon of the Beastblood

"We are born of the blood, made men by the blood, undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. Fear the Old Blood."

Bestial Mind. After gaining this boon, your Hunter's Bane feature also affects monstrosity type creatures. Additionally, you gain a +2 bonus to Wisdom (Insight) checks.

Elder Transfusion. The flow and condition of blood in your body has been altered by hemocraft involving the Old Blood. When you reduce a creature who is not a construct or undead to 0 hit points, you can use a Magic action on a subsequent turn to perform a hemocraft ritual to transfuse your blood with theirs and harvest it in a Blood Vial. You can use this action a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, but only once per creature. Afterwards, you can use a bonus action to inject yourself with the ritual blood in a Blood Vial, rolling a number of your hemocraft die equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down), adding your hemocraft modifier, and regaining that number of hit points. All unused Blood Vials are rendered inert after a long rest.
