Epic Boon Feat (Prerequisite: Level 19+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 30.

Brilliance Of Light. When the Sun breaks or at High Noon, You become a beacon of light that gives the Blinded condition for every creature within 15ft of you. Also any creature within 5 to 10 feet also will have to make a wisdom save and if failed gets the Paralyzed condition. 

Star Child. When the Sun breaks or at High Noon, you have Advantage on all attacks and also add +10 Radiant Damage on every hit .
