Hisokan Bloodlust

"Oh Yes the Blood Lust is too strong, I must endure it. Let It out!" 

Hisokan Bloodlust is a feat where your power is increased and attacks never miss. 

Rolling a d20 is not required, you just hit with d4(4th),d6(6th),d8(8th),d20(10th) d20(20th) 

Now this ability doesn't come cheap or free. Becoming Bloodlust you must damage yourself for your attacks to hit. 

How to use this ability: 

Starting at level 4 you gain this feat, you take a (d6 damage) entering this bloodlust makes you invincible (except Psychic Damage) until your next turn. Entering this state you become reckless and attack everything within 10 ft of you (including Allies) During your blood lust you roll attack (d4) damage (do not roll d20). The creatures you attack become frightened for 2 turns and are unable to move, they can only take Bonus Attacks and NO reactions. 

At Level 6 you take (d8 damage) entering your blood lust at this level you are invincible (except for Force Damage) until you end of your next turn. At level 6 you are more controlled you attack each creature within 5 feet of you including allies. During your bloodlust you roll attack (d6+2) damage (No d20). The creatures become stunned for 2 turns. Cannot take actions or bonus actions. (CON Save to shake off stun) 

At Level 8 you take (d10 damage) entering the bloodlust at this level you become invincible and frightening. All creatures within 10 ft of you roll a CON save to not become frightened. At level 8 you are focused you attack each creature within 10 ft of you NOT including your allies. During your bloodlust you roll attack (d8+4) damage (No d20). The creatures become paralyzed (NO ADVANTAGE) and cannot use any actions. 

At 10th Level you take (d10+2 Damage) entering the bloodlust at this level you become Invincible until the end of your next turn. At Level 10 you become laser focused you attack all enemies within 20 ft of you. During your bloodlust you roll attack (d20+4) damage (no d20). The creatures become paralyzed with fear (HAVE ADVANTAGE) on attacks for the next end of your turn.

At 15th Level you take (d20+2 Damage) entering the bloodlust at this level you become Invincible (3 turns). At Level 15 you focus on one enemy. Targeting one enemy they become intimidated and unable to attack anyone around you within 15 ft of you. During your Bloodlust you roll attack (d20+8) (No d20). Each creature within 15 ft of you (including allies) must succeed a WIS Save throw or  become petrified for a turn. 

At 20th Level you take (d20+4 Damage) entering the bloodlust at this level you become Invincible (4 turns). At Level 20 you focus on all enemies within sight of you (not including allies) you attack with pristine precise. Each creature attacked gets disadvantage on any and all throws until the end of your next turn. Killing any enemies in this Bloodlust at this level you gain (3 d6+3 Hit Points). All allies within 10 ft of you gain advantage on attack rolls.
