Prerequisite: You must be a martial class, and a follower of the god Hoar.
As a devoted and demonstrated follower of Hoar, you are an avatar of justice, granted a boon by The Doombringer. Through prayer, you can seek Hoar's aid in the destruction of a single corporeal entity, provided they reside on your current plane.
During a long rest, you may recant prayers to Hoar seeking information and aid against a single creature. These prayers negate any benefits of a long rest.
- You may select a single creature. You must have encountered this creature at least once.
- You will know the general cardinal direction of this creature in relation to yourself to all times.
- You have advantage against this creature when attacking it.
- You are at disadvantage for intellect, wisdom and charisma-based saving throws against this creature.
- Until you have captured, killed or otherwise punished the creature, you suffer a -1 penalty to any attack against any other creature.
- Abandoning your quest for vengeance against any creature, once chosen, will remove this boon from your character.
