Thunderstruck

Custom Feat(Prerequisite: Level 5+, Dragonborn)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your dexterity ability score by 1, to a maximum of 30.

Godspeed. For a number of rounds equal to your proficiency bonus, you can burden your body with electricity to perform beyond its normal limits. While in this state, you gain the following benefits.

• As your body pulses with electricity, you movement speed is tripled and you leave an arc of lightning behind you when you move. This counts for all forms of movement.
• When you make a dexterity saving throw, if you fail, you succeed instead. If you succeed and would normally take half damage, you take no damage instead.
• You can cast the Misty Step spell without material or somatic components. Using it in this way doesn't take an action or a bonus action, as it simply looks as if you moved the distance.
• You can use the attack action to make two breath attacks per turn (Blue Dragon only)

The burden that this ability puts on your body temporarily disables you from moving for a number of rounds equal to half your proficiency bonus(rounded up). During these rounds, you movement speed is reduced to 0, you have disadvantage on dexterity checks and saving throws. You gain two levels of exhaustion when using this feature, and this feature can only be used once per week.

Once per long rest, you can use each of the following abilities.

Lightning Surge. As your focus and attunement to lightning and thunder increases, you have the following abilities for one minute.

• You can cause your attacks and spells to do lightning or thunder damage. If you would normally do lightning or thunder damage, the damage increases by 1d12
• You have advantage on dexterity checks and saving throws
• You can use your bonus action to arc lightning off a target that you just hit with an attack. This arc automatically hits, dealing 2d8 lightning damage and reaching 60ft

Call Thunderstorm. You can spend one minute praying in an attempt to attune with the skies. After the duration, you summon a thunderstorm centered high above you with a radius of two miles.
