Transmogrification Mastery

Requirements: Proficiency with Arcana, Nature, and the ability to cast Alter Self, & Polymorph or Druid's Wild Shape ability.

As you practice your transformative magics, you have grown more comfortable with them. When you are casting the spell only on yourself you now can cast the listed prerequisites as a bonus action. You keep your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores in your alternate shape. You may now cast the polymorph spell once per long rest without using a spell slot.

In addition, you may polymorph or wild shape into humanoid shapes, though you only gain their physical appearance, Ability Scores (Strength, Dexterity, & Constitution) scores, and perception senses.

Your Wild Shape is now limited only by your hit dice as per the polymorph spell.

Your polymorph spell now has the duration of one hour per spellcasting class as per the wild shape ability
