You've honed your form and might through training and experience, giving you great control over your strength, as well as granting the following benefits:

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Grip Strength. While wielding a weapon with the Two-Handed property, you can wield it with one hand instead. You can only wield one Two-Handed weapon in this manner.
