Interpose
Once per turn, when you're within 5 feet of a creature who is targeted by an attack, you can expend a defense point and swap places with the target, taking the damage instead. The immediacy of your swap leaves you in an exposed state until the start of your next turn. While in this state, all attacks on you are at advantage.
The amount of defense points you have equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended defense points on a long rest.
