Your extensive practice with a whip has not only honed your accuracy, but you’ve also mastered several special Trick Attacks.
Disarming Attack - You deal no damage and instead attempt to disarm your opponent (see “disarm attack” ch.9 DMG). On a successful attempt you may fling the object or weapon, targeting another opponent if one is within range [improvised thrown weapon, range 15/30 if light, 10/20 if no weight property; 5/10 if heavy].
Grappling Attack - Whips now have the grapple property for you. This can initiate the choking condition on an opponent.
Trip Attack - Similar to the Disarm Attack, you deal no damage, and instead make an attack roll versus either the target’s Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics), their choice. On a successful attempt, the target is knocked prone.
Precise Attack - By sacrificing your movement for a round and focusing instead, you may make one attack at advantage (this can be used in conjunction with any other Trick Attack).
