Gambler's Last Laugh

Once per turn when you make an attack you can use your bonus action to deal an additional 2d4 damage of the attack's damage type to the target creature. Upon rolling 2 of the same numbers on the roll, regain your bonus action that turn. Can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
