The Dragons of Ithormr have placed several books of their kin around the world, where in some cases books of their talents are formed. In this case, each book will be specific to said element. When one uses this talent one may imbue all attacks with lightning gaining an additional 2d6 lightning damage and when used their movement speed increases by 20ft. While active the user can fly up to 20ft with wings made of lightning. However, if one wishes not to fly they can replace their flying speed to instead use, flurry of blows on the said creature which deals 3d8 lightning damage per hit of the flurry. This flurry of blows has 3 attacks max.
