Constellate boon - The Horns

You were born under the sign of the Horns. Those born under this sign tend to lose themselves in their passions. The world's best creatives and most fickle rulers tend to be Horns. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Object of Fascination. As a bonus action, you can designate a creature within 15 feet of you. If that creature is an ally, you both gain an extra 15 feet of movement until the start of your next turn. If that creature is an enemy, the next attack you hit shatters their defenses; they lose 1d4 AC until the start of your next turn. If that creature is neutral to you, you gain advantage on your next persuasion, deception or intimidation check against them. After you use object of fascination, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
