Boon: Fey Form
Your CHA score increases by 2 and your DEX score increases by 1. An ability score cannot be increased beyond 20 this way. You become a Fey in addition to any other creature types you are. Spells that affect humanoids still affect you. However you are immune to the effects that only affect a creature of a specific CR.
When you gain this ability you must also choose which Fey court fuels your transformation. Choose one of the following:
The Summer Court. The summer court embodies the warmth of the growing season. The Fey of the summer trend towards joviality, fickleness, and vanity. Creatures of the summer court often hide their cruel intentions behind their beautiful facades.
The Winter Court. The winter court embodies the stillness and darkness of the coldest season. The fey of winter court tend to be serious, cruel, and reflective. Creatures of the winter are often terrifying to behold but very direct about their intentions.
Flaw: Planar Binding
Your body and soul are bound to one of the faerie realms. You have disadvantage on death saves as the realm attempts to pull you back to it. If you would be killed, your soul is taken back to the Feywild. This plane is your new home, until you spend the points to revive
Summer: Any creature that fails the save becomes charmed. This effect ends early on a creature if you or an ally deal damage to it or take other harmful actions.
Flaw: Fey Appearence
The fey court lends you power, in exchange you gain the appearence of your court. For the summer court, you gain immense beauty. For the winter court, you gain a terrifying nightmareish appearence. Your form is influenced by your court, the feywilds, and your queen. You may have fantastically colored hair, glowing skin, vestigial wings, bug like features, animal like features, many rows of fangs, clawed hands, etc.
You can suspend this form and manifest the appearance of the humanoid you once were, but this is taxing and requires concentration. This form is not permanent, and moments of stress are likely to reveal your true nature.
Your true form is revealed in the following situations:
Concentrating on a spell
Becoming Unconcious
Entering the Presence of a Powerful Archfey
During times of extreme emotional or physical stress.
Choosing to reveal yourself
Creatures that witness your true form may become hostile towards you. (DM Discretion)
When your hideous appearance is revealed you suffer the following effects:
Disadvantage on wisdom checks and saving throws.
