Forbiddance. The vampire takes damage on entering a residence without an invitation from one of the occupants. doing so causes 1 force damage per the vampires level if done willingly. (people can go into the room and invite the vampire in, or she can be shoved into the room with no problem. teleportation counts as willing entry)

Undead nature the vampire counts as undead for all intents and puposes, in addition to any creature types it had before

Holy Symbol if the vampire sees a holy sybol of the god or pantheon it followed in life, it must make a DC 17 wis saving throw or be turned as per the turn undead ability. furthermore such holy symbols deal 1 radiant damage per level for each round the vampire is in contact with them

Harmed by Running Water. The vampire takes 1 acid damage per level if it ends its turn in running water.

Stake to the Heart. If a piercing weapon made of wood is driven into the vampire’s heart while the vampire is incapacitated in its resting place, the vampire is paralyzed until the stake is removed.

Wild Rose If a wild rose is placed on the vampires resting place while the vampire is incapacitated  in its resting place, the vampire is paralyzed until the wild rose is removed.

Sunlight Hypersensitivity. The vampire takes 1 radiant damage per level when it starts its turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks. (the vampire can avoid this by wearing covering clothing and a hood, but if they come off the vampire will start taking damage immediatly

Blood Dependence after every long rest, if the vampire has't had humanoid blood to drink in the last 24 hours, the vampire's hit point maximum decreases by 5 and the vampire takes one level of exhaustion

arithmomania when a large number of seeds, grain, or sand is poured in front of the vampire, the vampire must make a DC 17 wis save or be compelled to count the things poured out

garlic aversion the vampire has disadvantage on attacks against creatures wearing garlic, and can't bite creatures wearing garlic

mirrors and shadows the vampire casts no shadow and is invisible in mirrors

Bat Form (requires 7th level) once per day if the vampire isn’t in sunlight, a residence it wasn't invited into, or running water, it can use its action to polymorph into a Tiny bat, or back into its true form.While in bat form, the vampire can’t speak, its walking speed is 5 feet, and it has a flying speed of 30 feet. Its statistics, other than its size and speed, are unchanged. Anything it is wearing transforms with it, but nothing it is carrying does. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Vampiric Charms the vampire can cast charm person and suggestion (required level 3) once per day each without expending a spell slot. creatures charmed by the vampire are always willing to let the vampire bite them

Bite the vampire can make a special bite attack against creatures that are grappled, restrained, incapacitated, or willing. the attack uses the con modifier instead of str, is proficient, and deals 1d4 piercing and 1d4 + con necrotic damage. the vampire may either heal by the necrotic damage dealt or add the amount of necrotic damage dealt to it's next attack roll, saving throw, or ability check. this attack only works on creatures with blood
