Those born under the Serpent gain the ability to cast the Vampiric Touch spell once per long rest without any components (choose any ability as the spell casting ability for this spell.) This attack can count as a finesse melee attack or unarmed strike rather than a melee spell attack (your choice) for the purposes of combat. However, they have a -2 penalty to Wisdom saving throws while in combat.
