For one reason or another, you died. A stillbirth, village raid, or even disease. Yet the body woke up once more, but the soul did not follow suit. Whether brought back by dark magic, wild magic, or a tricky genie, or a revivify gone horrible wrong, you are awake one more, but lack your soul. This holds many affects to your body that you must now deal with while you travel the world. Whether you are looking for your lost soul or simple have no place else to belong, you walk this world as a cold, undead, corpse.
Ageless: Being undead, you are no longer able to age. Your body remains once single age until you finally die.
Cling to life: When rolling saving throws, you get advantage. On a natural 20, you are automatically brought back up to 1 HP.
Unsettling Presence. As an action, you can unsettle a creature you can see within 15 feet of you. The target has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes within the next minute. Constructs, undead, and creatures that can't be frightened are immune to this feature. Once you use this feature you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Corpse stasis: You can no longer get healing on a long rest or by natural healing. The only way you can heal is by magical means like potions or spell work.
Immunity: immunity to diseases and narcotic damage.
Resistance: Resistant to cold damage and bludgeoning damage.
Vulnerability: vulnerable to fire, radiant damage, and turn undead.
Revenance. You retain your creature type, yet you register as undead to spells and other effects that detect the presence of the undead creature type.
