Through the influence of Maw, a fragment of Ixisthar—the god of Hunger, Void, and Ruin—you have forged a dark bond with three of Ixisthar's loyal companions. As an action, you can call upon one of these monstrous mounts to serve you, tethered by the will of the Betrayer God. These mounts are not designed for combat but serve as imposing, otherworldly allies for travel and utility.
Mount Selection
- Crash the Roc: A fearsome avian with shadowy feathers and a predatory gleam in its eyes.
- Ingrid the Dire Wolf: A hulking, void-touched wolf, its fur streaked with the hues of a dying star.
- Marshmaul the Froghemoth: A grotesque amphibian that seems to exude the raw hunger of its creator.
Shared Skills
The summoned mounts do not act independently but serve as extensions of your will. Any skill checks or saving throws they attempt are made using your modifiers. For example, if the mount needs to make a Perception check, it uses your Perception modifier.

Mount Characteristics
Crash the Roc
Crash is a harbinger of ruin, its feathers rippling with shadowy void-energy as it soars above the battlefield or distant landscapes.
- Void Glide: While mounted, Crash can descend at double its normal flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
- Dark Presence: Enemies within 30 feet of Crash must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight.
Ingrid the Dire Wolf
Ingrid moves with predatory grace, her void-streaked fur exuding an aura of inevitability and silent dread.
- Silent Step: While mounted, your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
- Stalker's Grace: Ingrid leaves no tracks or scent trails, making it impossible to track you by nonmagical means while mounted.
Marshmaul the Froghemoth
Marshmaul is a hulking monstrosity whose bloated form and gaping maw inspire dread in those who witness it.
- Hungry Leap: Marshmaul can jump triple its normal distance, regardless of terrain.
- Void Amphibian: While mounted, you and Marshmaul can breathe underwater and are immune to difficult terrain caused by water or swampy ground.
