Feat: Unassuming Might
Though you appear meek and unthreatening, your strength is unparalleled, concealed behind a composed and delicate facade. This deceptive power allows you to perform extraordinary feats of strength with subtle ease, surprising anyone who underestimates you.
Features:
1. Gentle Grip, Crushing Force:
Your delicate demeanor hides your true power. You gain the following benefits:
•You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
•When you succeed on a Strength (Athletics) check, you may choose to appear as though you barely exerted any effort, adding to your unassuming appearance.
2. Graceful Power:
Your movements are precise and controlled, blending strength with elegance.
•You can use Strength instead of Dexterity for Acrobatics checks.
•When you make an unarmed strike, you can choose to deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d8 + your Strength modifier instead of the normal damage.
3. Sudden Display of Strength:
When someone underestimates your physical abilities, you can catch them off guard with a burst of overwhelming power:
•Once per short rest, when a creature within 10 feet of you targets you with an attack, you can use your reaction to grab and throw them. The creature must make a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, you hurl them up to 20 feet away, dealing 2d6 bludgeoning damage if they collide with a solid surface.
4. Subtle Intimidation:
Your unassuming strength can subtly unsettle others.
•You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill. If you already have proficiency, you gain expertise instead.
•When you use Strength for an Intimidation check, you may choose to do so without making any outwardly aggressive gestures, simply radiating an aura of quiet menace.
Optional Flavor:
•Your actions, such as lifting heavy objects or defeating foes with ease, might be met with disbelief or amazement due to your unassuming appearance.
•Your strength can be flavored as eerily quiet, with movements that seem effortless, or unnervingly efficient, as if every action is calculated to perfection.
