Anarch of Limbo

Limbo is a roiling soup of chaos matter that can be shaped and controlled with your mind.

Controlling the space in this way gives you:

• Gravity
• Breathable air
• Bubble of protection from entropic wind (which deals necrotic dmg as an environmental effect)

You can stabilise a sphere extending 15 ft from yourself. Once stabilised, the sphere of influence moves with you, continually shaping the chaos matter as you move, as long as you spend your action on subsequent turns to maintain concentration on it (no roll).

If you do not move, no action is required to maintain the sphere but it still consumes your concentration.

To take control of the chaos matter in the sphere of influence of another creature, roll a contested ability check (DC 15 still applies, if both creatures fail the check, the sphere destabilises and turns back to chaos).

Add +5 to DC to create complex structures, or difficult terrain.

Abilities that affect your concentration checks also apply to concentration checks made for controlling the chaos matter.
