Prerequisite: Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution ability score of 13 or higher
You have trained under the Department of Bodily Arts, specializing in physical excellence and integrating magical techniques with your combat prowess. Choose one of the following disciplines to represent your training.
You can take this feat multiple times, choosing a different discipline each time.
- Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Choose one of the following disciplines: Inner Focus, Inner Rage, Swiftstep, or Bladesworn. Each offers unique benefits and reflects a focused area of study.
Inner Focus Discipline
- Impactful Strike. When you hit a target with an unarmed strike, you can force it to make a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier, your choice). On a failed save, the target is knocked prone or pushed 10 feet away from you (your choice). You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses when you finish a long rest.
- Flurry of Strikes. When you take the Dash action, you can make one unarmed strike as part of the same action.
Inner Rage Discipline
- Relentless Fury. As a bonus action, you can give yourself resistance to all damage except psychic until the end of your next turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses when you finish a long rest.
- Furious Retaliation. When you take damage from an attack by a creature within 30 feet of you that you can see, you can use your reaction to move up to half your speed and make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
Swiftstep Discipline
- Fleet of Foot. Your walking speed increases by 10 feet.
- Precise Assault. When you make a melee weapon attack with a one-handed or versatile weapon, but before you roll the dice, you can choose to increase your chances of scoring a critical hit with that attack. On that attack, you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses when you finish a long rest.
Bladesworn Discipline
- Weapon Mastery. When you make an attack with a weapon you are proficient with, you can add a bonus to the attack roll equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up). You decide to use this feature after you roll, but before you know whether the attack hits or misses. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all spent uses when you finish a long rest.
- Enhanced Strikes. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can deal additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
