Machine is part of your existence, inextricably linked to your body and soul forever. You gain the following features:
Bionic Being. You are resistant to poison damage and immune to disease.
Versatile Survivor. You have proficiency in one skill of your choice.
Mutable Existence. At the end of a long rest roll a d4. On a result of a 1, instead, until your next long rest, you gain advantage in Constitution saving throws. On a 2, 3 or 4, you become part Construct instead, as the machine in you takes ahold of your body, and until your next long rest, you gain the following effects:
- You count as a Construct in addition to being a Humanoid for the purpose of features that detect your creature type, but don't otherwise suffer any other drawbacks from being a Construct.
- Once per long rest, if the Mending cantrip is cast on you, you can heal from it, regaining a number of hit points equal to 2d8 + half your level.
- You don't need to breathe or eat.
- You gain a +1 bonus to your AC.
- Objects you're wielding and armor you are wearing cannot be removed from you against your will.
CREATOR DISCLAIMER: This is not meant to be a normal feat, this is meant to be basically a race alongside Variant Human or Custom Lineage.
