By eating the full hemisphere of a properly preserved necromancer brain you learn new magic.
Choose one spell from any spell list of your highest spell slot at the time of eating. Those without spell slots choose a cantrip. You always have that spell prepared. You can cast it without expending a spell slot. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can’t cast it in this way again until you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast this spell using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is chosen at time of eating.
NOTE: could not figure out how to make Homebrew Feat add to known spells to use slot, so will need to manipulate slots/limited use by hand at this point.
