•  increase one ability score to 20
• your speed increases by 15ft 
• you gain kinetic reversal: whenever you get hit with a melee attack you deal 2d6 lightning damage to the attacker 
• you gain blind sight out to a range of 10ft if you already have blindsight it increases by 10ft 
• you gain immunity to disease, poison, and poison damage 
• you can cast cure wounds lv3 as an action on yourself

• your aging slows you can live to be twice what your race predicts
