Crit Boost

Upon gaining this feat you score a critical hit when you roll 19 or 20, if you already have that or gain it later then you score a critical hit whenever you roll 18, 19, or 20.

In additon, if your Dex Score is above 20 then you instead score a critical hit whenever you roll a 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20.
