Urchin Bewilderer

Prerequisite: Urchin; Charisma 13+
Vexers can learn to use their words alone to rattle spellcasters, causing them to rush, flub words, or otherwise stumble in their spellcasting, possibly causing them to end a spell they are concentrating on.

• Increase Dexterity or Charisma by 1 to a maximum of 20.
• Proficiency Bonus times per long rest, you can use your Bonus Action to force an opponent casting a spell to make a Concentration check using their Spellcasting Ability Saving Throw (vs. Constitution) (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + CHA modifier). Failure causes them to end a spell they are concentrating on.
