General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Strength or Dexterity 13+)
You gain one of the following benefits after a Short or Long Rest.
Cardiovascular Self-Improvement. When you finish a Short or Long Rest, you can lead an inspiring workout. When you do so, choose up to six allies (including yourself) within 30 feet of yourself who actively join the exercise. The chosen creatures each gain Temporary Hit Points equal to half your character level (rounded down) plus your Charisma modifier.
Maximizing Hypertrophy. When you finish a Long Rest, you can attempt to lift a person record for your "one-rep max" in bench press, squat, or deadlift. After declaring which max lift will be attempted, roll a Strength Check (DC24). On Failure, gain one level of exhaustion. Upon Success, gain the benefits for the corresponding lift declared:
Bench Press: On hit with a melee weapon, regardless of proficiency, roll one additional 1d6 of the weapon's damage type when determining the damage dealt by the strike. Lasts until Long Rest.
Squat: Increase movement speed by 10 ft. Use the Dash action as a Free Action, this can be used once. Lasts until Long Rest.
Deadlift: Double carrying capacity. Gain advantage on Pushing, Restraining and Grappling actions, including advantage on Saving Throws to break free from Restrained or Grappled conditions. Lasts until Long Rest.
