You have an insatiable hunger for the flesh of other people. It is an obsession, an addiction that you cannot resist for long. On a failure, you are unable to rest, regaining no health and gaining a level of exhaustion.

When you are within sight or smell of the open wound of a sentient humanoid (alive or dead), make a Wisdom Saving Throw with a DC 10 + # of days since you last feasted. On a failure, you are compelled to feast, on each of your turns you must use all of your movement to get close to the wound and can take no other action or reaction until you have successfully used the Feast Action. After successfully feasting, you are immune to this compulsion until you attempt a long rest.
