Thunder Bringer

Born with a strong connection to the sea, you have unique abilities that manifest themselves in various ways. The air crackles and a deafening roar of thunder sends shockwaves across a battlefield. You seem to bend the heavens themselves to your will.

• Thunderous Burst. As a reaction, you can release a burst of thunderous energy in a 30-foot radius centered on you. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 thunder damage and is deafened for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn’t deafened.
  
  

• Elemental Resistance. You have resistance to thunder, lightning, and bludgeoning damage.
  
  

• Reckless Power. You can use Thunderous Burst three times per long rest.
