This can be used on friendly or unfriendly targets
When used on unfriendly targets they become grappled and must make saving throw if they fail they take damage 1d4 increased by 1 per level casted at and they become grappled, if they succeed they break free but have half movement speed
When used on a friendly target they are healed by 1d4 increased by 1d4 per level cast, targets will also gain half damage during this turn
