Poseidon's Blessing (Demigod)
Prerequisite: None
As a demigod of Poseidon, lord of the sea, earthquakes, and horses, you inherit his power over the natural world. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain a swimming speed of 40 feet.
- You gain the Amphibious trait, allowing you to breathe both air and water.
- Once per long rest, you can cast Tidal Wave or Earth Tremor without expending a spell slot or requiring material components. Strength or Constitution (your choice) is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
