Dueling Mind

At the start of initiative you choose 1 hostile spellcaster within 60 feet. You roll a contested Intelligence (Arcana) check against the spellcaster. The loser of the check subtracts the winner's intelligence modifier from their initiative score. This feature can only be applied once per creature, and you cannot use it multiple times in the same initiative. You can choose whether or not to use this feature before initiative has been rolled, but not after the first turn has begun.
