You have immunity to cold damage. If you would take cold damage from a hostile creature, you may choose to instead gain the effects of an Armor of Agathys spell cast at 4th level. You can also cast 9th Level Ice Knife (save DC 20, or yours whichever is higher) at will, without using a spell slot or any components. You can cast this against up to 3 separate creatures. Each creature can only be affected by one knife at a time. This spell cannot be countered, and works in antimagic areas. You are unaffected by any obscurity or movement penalties caused by Snow or Blizzards as well as extreme cold conditions.
Additionally, once per round of combat on your turn, when you deal cold damage to a creature with a casting of a spell or an attack roll, you can make it gain a charge of Frostbite, which reduces their movement speed by 10 ft and gives them a penalty of 1 to all strength constitution and dexterity saving throws. This charge remains on the target until the end of your next turn, unless you make the creature gain another one before it disappears. Once the creature gains 4 charges of Frostbite, it loses all of them and negatives they give to it, instead getting its movement speed set to 0 and automatically failing the next strength constitution (disincluding concentration checks) or dexterity saving throw it is subjected to, until the start of your next turn.
You can only have Frostbite effects active on one creature at a time and one creature cannot suffer the effects of Frostbite from two different creatures.
