This feat lets you permanently double your armour class if you permanently half your hp. For example, a 5 armour class 12 hp elf would gain +5 armour class, but lose -6 health points.
If the character that you are using has this feat equipped, then the character, if at half or lower hp, will gain the ability to have armour class block magic type attacks. This ability will be cancelled if the character gains more than half of its hp.
