- When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 125 feet of you; if you are Prone; wielding a ranged weapon, as a reaction you may make a ranged weapon attack towards the offending creature but deals 1/3 of the rolled damage of the ranged weapon. This attack roll will always hit. When a creature is hit, they have disadvantage on their attack roll, and have their movement speed reduced by half until the end of your next turn.
