Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength by 1, to a maximum of 20.
One Trip or Bust. Treat your carrying capacity as if you were one size larger.
Lift with the Legs! You gain advantage on Strength checks.
Dad Grip. You have advantage on checks or saving throws to avoid being disarmed, and you impose disadvantage on attempts to break free from your Grapple. In addition, you gain a +5 bonus when arm-wrestling with other non-dad creatures, increased to +10 if the other creature is younger than you.
