Having a child changes a man. It makes them stronger. Sterner. Punnier. It's an unparalled feat that prepares a man for anything. As a father, you gain:
Reflexes: Your dexterity increases by 1.
When another creature within your unarmed reach fails a dexterity saving throw, strength saving throw, acrobatics check, or athletics check, you may use your reaction to have them succeed instead
Stare: Proficiency in Intimidation, Insight, and Investigation.
Strength: Increase Ability Score by 2+. Advantage in Strength Ability Checks and Saving Throws.
One Trip: Increase carrying capacity to Large.
Bod: You are cursed and blessed with a powerful dad bod. Gain +1 on all Strength checks, but -1 on all Stealth checks as you audibly grunt during any form of physical exertion.
A roll of 2 or lower on any Strength check will cause your back to "give out". You may "push through the pain" by rolling a D20. A roll of a 5 or lower throws your back out, requiring the attention of a skilled magic user or a long rest to heal. Disadvantage on all subsequent Strength checks until healed.
Sneeze: If a creature is within 10 feet of you, you can sneeze on them, dealing 1d4 Thunder damage if your target fails a constitution saving throw. Can only use once per Long Rest.
