You gain the following benefits

Ability Score Increase: Increase your Dexterity Score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.

Prone Shot: Making ranged attacks while prone doesn’t impose Disadvantage on the attack roll.

Grounded Stealth: While prone, perception checks made to find you have Disadvantage.

Army Crawl: While prone, your speed is reduced by 10 feet, instead of being halved.
