City Secrets (Urchin)

This is a improvement for characters that take the Urchin Background, you gain the following benefit's:

• You have Advantage on Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) Checks.
• You are not effected by Difficult Terrain based around partial walls, clutter, or tight corridors, tunnels, and alleys. You automatically pass any Dexterity (Acrobatics) and Strength (Athletics) Checks to maneuver or climb in urban areas.
• If you take the Dash action, your base movement increases by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
