A sturdy dwarven blacksmith, seeing a duergar raider upsetting his tools and trampling his charcoal on the floor, pulls down a breech-loading musket from a locked case, and fires. His mark hits home, as his apprentice hands him an already-loaded replacement.
A fiery-eyed gnomish Paladin, brandishing two pistols, strikes a pose and fires both bullets in the charging ogre's chest. Stunned with the blow, the ogre is an easy target for the smite she imbued into the rounds.
A towering Goliath, wielding a miniature cannon, takes a moment to lock a target - the young dragon turning and wheeling above him. The dragon charges, fire beginning to flow from their jaws, and in response, he pulls the trigger. With a tremendous BOOM, the heavy cannonball flies into the dragon's face, and though his scaly armour saves him from death, stunned, he freefalls forty feet into the ground.
A slender Elf, brandishing an arquebus, takes aim at an owlbear grazing on his flower grove. The shot goes wide, but the owlbear runs off, surprised by the blast and determining that a meal is no good when you're dead.
A human shieldmaiden, shouting in wrath and fury against the orcs who destroyed her home, at lightning speed shoots three orcs, one after the other, with her triple-barreled blunderbuss. The remaining ones back away, and die to her allies' hands.
These superlative wielders of firearms all have training with their use. Any adventurer can pick up a pistol or musket, but what about blunderbusses, arquebuses or hand cannons? What of the muscle memory required to load new ammunition into the breech, twice or thrice in a six-second round? You need training. Training is what this feat offers.
