Goon

General Feat (Prerequisite: Charisma score 9 or lower)

You are downright hideous, with a face that could make a mirror crack and a presence that sends shivers down spines. Whether through brute menace or sheer ugliness, you’ve learned to use your ghastly appearance to your advantage. You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Decrease. Decrease your Charisma score by 1.

Piss Ugly. You gain the Intimidation skill. If you already have proficiency in it, you gain Expertise in it.

Face of Nightmares. As a Bonus action, you can attempt to intimidate a creature within 30 feet that can see you. Make an Intimidation check contested by the target’s Insight. On a success, the target's AC is reduced by an amount equal to your flipped Charisma modifier until the start of your next turn.
