When out of combat, you regain 1 expended spell slot every 5 minutes. The slot regained must be of the highest level you can cast, up to 3rd level.
When ambushed (an enemy attacks before your first turn), you suffer -2 to Initiative rolls and cannot take Reactions until your first turn.
You can consume 5 Medium or Large healing potions (Ask your Dm if Medium or Large potion you need) to recover 1 spell slot (up to 3rd level). This process takes 1 minute of focused channeling.
