Your intelligence score goes down by one point, to a minimum of 1.
If you're using XP. Anytime you defeat a creature in combat, make an ability check(DC 20) using your proficiency bonus and your intelligence modifier times -1. On a success, you gain 3 times the experience. (this XP does not apply to your party)
If you're using MileStone. Anytime your DM awards levels to the party, make an ability check(DC 20) using your proficiency bonus and your intelligence modifier times -1. On a success you gain 3 times the levels that your DM would have given you. The Dm chooses if this bonus applies to the rest of the party.
Ability Score Improvements. When ever you reach a level at which you would gain an ability score improvement, you can lower your intelligence score by one to increase any other stat an additional point.
