You are granted this Feat when choosing the Path of Destination on level 18 of the Dragoon subclass.

Thanks to this feat, you are able to use your dragon as a mount and assistent in combat. You don't have to use your bonus action to command them, you fully control them. They have the stats according to the dragon given to you by your Dungeon Master.
